    I'm receiving the error code when trying to log in to my xbox profile on the xbox360. I've tried the limited suggestions on the xbox support pages and have looked through numerous posts on this Forum (edited the avatar, cleared the cache multiple times,
    rebooted, added phone number and different email address on my profile via PC log-in.)

    None of the suggestions have worked. Having deleted the profile from the console as part of one of the solutions I'm still getting the above error when I try to download it back on to the console.I've just purchased an xbox one s and would be looking to
    transfer this profile to the new console. I've got a number of games that were digitally purchased and are tied to this profile and I'm concerned that I won't be able to access these games if I can't get the profile downloaded.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    This may mean that the Xbox Live service is temporarily down or there's a problem with your Xbox Live profile.

    Seeing as the service is up and running the only reason for the error code is that there is an issue with your profile not being able to be loaded from the service.
