Error code 8015190A appears after subscribing to game-pass ultimate

The password box for the Xbox 360 is limited to 16 characters so if you have a password that's longer than 16 characters the console will flag it as a wrong password.

Also, the Xbox 360 do not work well with 2 factor authentication. You would either need to turn this off or use the app password.

Lastly, note that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will not work on the Xbox 360 device. Game Pass only works from the Xbox One and above.

If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

The 14 day codes are trials and will only work with new subscribers to Game Pass, which is why there's an error. You would need a code that is not a trial code (anything 1 month or above) or purchase Game Pass (or Ultimate) directly from Xbox.

Any chance this was the error message:

"Check the Instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page"

If so, that's either because you don't meet region crtieria...or, you have held Game Pass in the past as the promotion is for new subscribers only

"If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

I assume it's the Game Pass Ultimate code right? Have you previously had Game Pass? The code will only work for new subscribers.
