Error Code 80151901 - But network settings shows open NAT and all services as available!?

Hi there,

I haven't played a backwards compatible game for some time but since Forza Horizon was added to the list, I gave it another shot. Everything was working well until I noticed that I was somehow not really connected to XBOX Live. XBOX One online features are
working fine, but "within the emulator" (if you can call it that) it behaves like not being connected to the internet.

As I already mentioned in the topic's name, I receive the error 8015190 saying that the console is unable to connect to XBOX Live and asks if I'd like to leave the session and test my connection. When choosing yes, I simply get to see the XBOX One's network
settings screen, saying that everything is alright (NAT Open, All services are available, etc.). Choosing no, let's me "play offline" but since some features in Forza Horizon and other games I'm interested in are only available online, it's not the best experience.

• I have enough space on both my internal hard drive and the external USB 3.0 hard drive I'm using to hold the games I'm not frequently playing. So no request to free up some space as already mentioned in posts of others
  
• Clearing the XBOX 360 game storage anyway didn't help - it actually made it worse by deleting my local XBOX 360 profile and not allowing me to download it again since there is "no connection to XBOX Live".
  
• Just a suspicion: I think it has something to do with one of the latest console updates, since backwards compatibility was working fine (including online features), back when Call of Duty Black Ops was added to the list (one or two updates earlier) and
  I haven't changed anything to my setup since then.

Also, my NAT status doesn't even show up in the Network settings. It just shows my network name and "All services are available"

 

Streaming movies on Xbox live

I rented a movie today and I received this code 0xc00d1126 (0x800c0005). I tested my network settings and everything checked out fine. My network shows all service available and nat type open. Multiplayer tested fine also 0 packet loss. I cycle power on
the xbox and router which did not help. Can someone please tell me what's going on. Thanks.

 

im having the same problem with Southpark the stick of truth it says i cant connect to the internet.

strange thing is banjo-tooie also a backward compatible game works just fine and when im playing that it says im online on the emulator.

So it looks like there are a few backward compatible titles that are unplayable right now

Sorry to hear about the issues. If clearing the local Xbox 360 storage from your Xbox One console didn't work, can you please try

removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, then
power cycle, and see if that helps resolve the issue?

If that doesn't work, the next step to try is to
factory reset your Xbox One while keeping your games and apps.

Give those a try and let us know if it helps!
