Error Code 80151103, Can't redownload profile etc

Had this issue occur Friday night, my account asked me to put in my password, which was odd since I didn't have it changed it a bit, and each time I entered my password, I got a password error. So I went to the email associated with the account and changed the password. When I went back to log in on the 360, I kept getting the error code in mention. After several more attempts, I noticed the profile wasn't there anymore. So I went to download the profile, and now I'm met with Account Credentials/Password issues. I'm currently a bit frustrated and hope there is a solution.

Though we have support article - Error 80151103 occurs when you download your profile to your Xbox 360 that could be a benefit for you to try. However there are some customers currently having issue with the Xbox 360 Profiles which the Internal Support Team is still actively investigating.

Hope you are doing well.

I recently received an update from the Internal Support Team, who said that powering off and on the console, or power cycling/restarting the console, should resolve the issue.

In any event, if you make a change to your Microsoft account (for example, enabling two-step verification or updating payment options), you'll need to reset your subscription's recurring billing. You may also see this thread and check for the advice from RainingRoses.
