Discus and support Error code 80150016: Downloading profile with two gamer tags in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When I go to download a profile, it lets me punch in my email and password, and it displays two gamer tags for me to download, the one works no problem...     Error code 80150016: Downloading profile with two gamer tags


    When I go to download a profile, it lets me punch in my email and password, and it displays two gamer tags for me to download, the one works no problem but my older one with all my purchases on it wont. I've tried clearing the system cashe 3 times and unplugging the accessories but to no avail. The error code pops up instantly after clicking download.
    This is on a xbox360

    As stated above, I have already done so 3 times... I think its probably just a parent account that its linked to, hence it displays 2 gamer tags.

    Hi there Bobie welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Try this:

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    Select Storage or Memory.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    Select Clear System Cache.

    When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    I get the error 80150016 says it can not be downloaded xbox live profiles on mometo and try again later but with another profile if discharged properly

    The original error code I got was 80151103 but now when I try to download profile it downloads my new gamer tag, , that I created today using the same WLID that I originally used for my old gamer tag. I just can't figure out how to access the

    I tried that but when i go to download my profile it starts to download and I see my gamer tag but right when it starts it quits and give me the error code. some one said it might be the harddrive but my wifes profile works fine. its really frustrating.
