    Error code 8015000A when trying to download profile on Xbox 360


    I'm trying to sign in on my Xbox 360 but I keep running into error code 8015000A.

    At first, I was seeing this error when trying to sign in with my existing console profile. I got prompted about my security settings but after I entered my email I got that error code with "Sorry. Something went wrong" (or words to that effect).

    I deleted my profile and attempted to redownload it but I got the same error code after entering my account email with "Sorry. There's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to http://account.live.com to resolve the problem.". Going to that address, however, doesn't yield any issues that require attention.

    I've tried clearing the cache on my 360 multiple times but have had no success.

    The licence is missing, expired, corrupted or does not belong to the current gamertag.
