    after trying all problem solving this error code continues. I only have a couple of days left of gold and would like to get my moneys worth. I have not tried to change my gamertag or download any others. Network test shows im connected to xbox live but at
    the homescreen it prompts me fo connect to live on a black background. Unable to access friends list store and any online games

    same issue, no acct changes and can’t connect to live at all. Tried sign out , restart , checked server status and no changes.
