error code 80070490

I keep getting the error code 80070490 every time I try to download, install, or even update any apps. I have a brand new Nokia Lumia with Windows 8 and I have a completely empty 8 GB sd card. Please help!

Its all fixed now. Got the error code "80070490" so I had to delete my profile and download again.

i've seen reports that a factory reset will sometimes solve this issue, just be aware that everything on the phone will be deleted when doing that
