    I have been using Amazon Prime Video on my xbox 360 with no problems until a few weeks ago when I was forced to do and update. Ever since then I keep getting a Error code saying: There’s a problem playing the video you’ve selected. Please try again or choose
    a different video. Error Code 7083

    I have tried multiple videos, with no luck, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time and no change. I have also spend over 2 hours on the phone with Amazon tech support with no luck.

    Is someone able to assist me with the problem?

    I am having the same issue for over a week. After 2 hours on the phone with Amazon Tech, it doesn't seem to be a Prime issue.

    Is Microsoft doing anything to resolve the issue?

    Hello JohnGooder!

    Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you're having trouble with the Amazon Prime Video App on an Xbox 360 is that correct? Can you try going into your "settings" under "system" then select the "storage"
    option and find the Amazon Prime App and press "A" once in there delete the thing that says "Title Update" and try launching the App again. Agree if it asks to redownload the update.

    Let us know how it goes with a reply.

    Tried what you instructed and I am still getting the same message and error code.

    Deleted and reinstalled the download, when prompted.
