Error Code 7083 in Amazon Prime Video

I have installed Amazon Prime Video on Xbox 360 and went through the password and device registration process and every video that I click on says...

There’s a problem playing the video you’ve selected. Please try again or choose a different video. Error Code 7083

I have searched the internet and this site and Amazon site and cannot find anyone else with this same error code. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Amazon Prime Video app and verified my Xbox Live account
and still having this problem. I also talked to Amazon tech support who was really nice and tried hard to fix the problem but they could not get it working either. I also have two Xbox 360s and I am having the same problem on both of them. I am able to stream
every other streaming site just fine.

I’m having the same problem. I was uploading the Amazon Prime Video app when I received the error code. The Xbox error code help site does not recognize the error.

Do you get a specific error message? Or what exactly prevents you from connecting to Amazon Prime Video?

Are you able to watch Prime Video on other devices, or through your web browser?

 

I am having the same issue for over a week. After 2 hours on the phone with Amazon Tech, it doesn't seem to be a Prime issue.

Is Microsoft doing anything to resolve the issue?
