Error code 656448

can anyone help me fix this. when I I try to sign in on COD, the game says "fetching online profile then it tells me that I am disconnected from the servers. the error code 656448 pops up. has anyone else had this problem and can it be fixed

The fix for this is to change your DNS IP settings to ****. 8 on your console

How to fix error code 656448 by Activision site.
When the error code became a major issue for many players, Activision offers a brief troubleshooting guide, actions for Xbox console users, clearing the console cache and deleting data saved in Modern Warfare.

Remembering !! Be careful!
If you choose to clear or cache the console, you must save the Modern Warfare game data before cleaning, as you will not be able to recover it later if you do not save or make a Backup.
If you choose to clear the cache, BACK UP BEFORE, so as not to lose all the progress and unlockings already made in the game.
Back up all saved game data to online storage or a USB storage device before deleting the data by clearing the Game cache.

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
