    Why can't my son login to starwars battlefront 2

    hi my son purchased star wars battlefront 2 today, after a lengthy download he cannot sign in 'you are offline'. Could someone please advise me how to change this so he can play with his friends. It states code error 524. Thanks.

    Xbox live gold is not sharing with family members on my home Xbox

    Tried changing their accounts to teens and getting the same error code 524.

    Hi Chriskinsey2, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Aside from the error code is there an error message along with it?

    I am checking the error code however, there is no official article from EA so we just need to check everything first in order for us to perform the necessary steps to fix the issue.

    this means that the account is a child account so you need to change the setting of your sons account so he can play online
