Error code 500

Availability of updates for the device and the Xbox app, and authentication failure of your Xbox account are possible reasons why you're having issues launching the Xbox app on Windows 10.

To determine if your Xbox profile is working fine, we suggest that you sign in to
Xbox.com. If you are able to sign in, that means your profile is all good. Otherwise, follow the on-screen prompts on how to update your account information.

We also recommend running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this

I have the same problem with the same error code. $500 paperweight at the moment coz it can not play any digital games. Beyond frustrated.

Try the following steps:

Completely close Minecraft and reopen the game

Sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign back in

Just try uploading/downloading your world again

If you find that the upload/download is finishing almost immediately, this usually means that it was unsuccessful. Please note that you may need to retry more than once.

If you are still unable to upload/download your world, this may be caused by a temporary issue. Please wait and try uploading/downloading your world again at a later time.
