Error Code 303019

    Received Error Code 30319 AGAIN. I just spent almost 4 hours trying to find help. I FINALLY FOUND the code listed with Support requested by NUMERous people having the same problem. NOT ONE ANSWER WAS GIVEN BY ANYONE!!!! By the Support Reqests the oldest
    was 12 months ago. My Stats are 75% out of correct totals of more than 2000 games played, etc.

    WHY can't someone contact US with at least a "We're sorry and are currently working on a fix". Community's are a HUGE LOL!! At least I log every couple days the totals of games played/finished, Collections Completed and total Gold Block totals.

    There are so MANY repeat pzzles and puzzles that written all over, scribbled thru, pieces that don't even register you have placed them. I pay for Premium on all the Microsoft Card games and Mahjong and Jigsaw.....PLEASE ANSWER THIS POST and let E1 know
    that it's still a problem, etc. Thank You! Linda Sherman

    Is Microsoft not fixing the problem with error code 303019 to force us to BUY the game????

    What is error code 303019.

    If I load Microsoft Jigsaw when internet jigsaw will not load, even after 10 minutes.

    If I turn internet off it loads in seconds.

    After getting the pop-up telling me about the FAQ and to look up error 303019 (which I am not getting), I could not find the FAQ. So, I searched the net and found that error had 3 causes:

    1. No internet connection -- not my problem.

    2. no settings in firewall to allow store connection - nope, settings are good.

    3. problem with MS store.

    #3 looks like the problem. However, if they are not even reading these messages, how will the know they have a problem?

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
