Have you tried to re-install the Xbox App?

Hmm. The graphics card may affect it. I know that there can be issues with dual card, or integrated/discrete sharing setups.

There are a couple other things that you can try:

1. Close the game you were planning or recording.
2. In the search box on the Windows taskbar, type Task manager, and then select the first result that pops up in the search. Alternatively, you can use the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key combination
3. In Task Manager, click on More details if this is your first time opening your processes in Task Manager.
4. In the list of running processes, locate the Broadcast DVR server (bcastdvr.exe) process (if it’s still there), and then select End task located at the bottom right part of the window.
5. Restart the game and try recording your in-game footage again.

If that does not work, try this:

1. Navigate to the following location in order to locate your Captures folder where Game bar and Game DVR save the footage you take in-game:

C:\Users\YourUserName\Videos\

1. Locate the Captures folder, right-click on it, and choose the Cut option or you can simply select it by left-clicking on it and use the Ctrl + X combination.
2. Choose some other location on your computer which shouldn’t be located directly in your user account folder.
3. It appears that the problem is related to administrator and your own permissions and the Game bar does not allow you to save the footage in the folders belonging to your user name.
4. Your best choice is to move this folder to the root of your C: drive because this was able to help plenty of people deal with their Game bar issue.
5. Do this by clicking on This PC >> Local Disk (C.
6. Right-click on an empty space in the C: drive and select the Paste option. You can also use the Ctrl + V option to paste the folder.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with Game Bar recording. Here are the first steps to try for troubleshooting Game Bar, and Xbox App related issues:

Method 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Method 2.
Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Method 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
4. Hit Enter.  
5. Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App here.  

Method 4.
Disable the Game bar on Task Manager to completely restart the process.

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type
   Task Manager in the search box.
2. Hit Enter.
3. Under the Processes tab, look for Game bar, and then click on it.
4. Click the End task button.
5. Press Windows + G again to launch the Game bar.

Thank you for your reply.

I have already tried those steps many times and once more today, but it didn't have any effect on the Game Bar app.

It still says "Recording isn't working". Error 214750034 and 2184328707.

P.S.- I have dual graphics installed both AMD, so Game Bar should run on the "High Performance" graphics driver(switchable/discrete),right? or will any of them do?(currently assigned graphics card to Game Bar -switchable/discrete graphics card : High performance-
AMD R5 M330)

Thank you for your sincere answer towards my problem.

But I have already tried all the above steps many times, still i did it once more. It didn't solve my problem, but now when I press Record it doesn't give any error code and instead it says
"We Cant Record Right Now.Try Again Later".

P.S.: Does Graphic Card has any relation to recording clips(I also updated my Graphics Driver)?
