Error code 12f-0

Discus and support Error code 12f-0 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't get into forza 5 at all, I get the error code E: 12f-0.     I can't get into forza 5 at all, I get the error code E: 12f-0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem is still the same, how can I fix it? Thank you

    I saw that you posted on the Xbox on Windows forum category but this error looks like a Xbox console error. Are you receiving this error while trying to play Forza Horizon 5 on Windows or on your Xbox console? If on console, what exact console do you have?

    Yes, I start the game and I have the option to press OK, but then it throws me an error and I can't do anything anymore
