Error Code: 125 doesn't exist

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how bring up Microsoft Solitaire's event to populate. I can understand how this could be frustrating after a bit. Seeing as this is happening with what we call a Microsoft Casual Game,
I suggest referring to our FAQ on those games
here for some helpful info and troubleshooting. If the steps there don't help, the next best course of action would be to try visiting the actual

Microsoft Casual Games community for further support.

If you don't mind me asking, what happens when you do try to launch Xbox?

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot, and let us know if you get any error as well so that we can hopefully get to the bottom of what's affecting you.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions even though none worked--done trying and called my Internet supplier and they trouble shot my connection and reconnected me and it's fine. I guess it was on their end because when I ran speed test on my modem I
was only getting less than half of mbsp that I am paying for--however it was just enough to allow me to access the internet and Xbox but not the events. Seems to be back up to speed now. Again thanks for all your help.

I have tried all of these steps and nothing addresses my problem. What is happening is that I am not having any trouble connecting to Xbox to play daily challenges: however, when it comes to Daily Microsoft World Tour they have trouble connecting to Microsoft
Solitaire. Message: We're having trouble connecting to Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Retry or Cancel Sometimes I have to hit retry 4 or 5 times which is annoying because if I have completed a puzzle until the connection time is added to my score. If
I finish under 1 minute and I can't connect for 5 tries it adds all that time to my score. The Error Code 125 message was in regard to them being unable to access my stats for the day's games that I had already completed. I am a premium subscriber and this
is the third time I have had this problem in the last 5 months--seems when they do updates something gets
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] in my Xbox games. Thanks for the responses.

After doing some research it appears your probably the first ever person to encounter this error I cant find a thing on it either
