    Error Code 1170000 cannot login to box it doesn't see my players name but only guest


    For several months the xbox is not seeing my players name by Microsoft Mahjong so the games are not coming in the cloud.

    I can only play the daily challenges of Microsoft Mahjong by guest but not under my players name

    How frustating pls answer me or give me something so that I can fixed this problem

    Error code is 1170000

    I cant get into my games to play a game. all I get is sign in error and error code 1170000

    So has anyone got any ideas or answers as how to deal with

    error code 1170000.

    I can only play as a guest? very frustrated

    I am having the same problem as well and even did everything you said in the directions. One thing I can not figure out is how to get the "charm bar" to appear when I have Windows 10. Please release a new update to fix this problem. It was fine yesterday.

    I am having the same problem. Just happened this evening and I have tried resetting, uninstalling, checked for updates, etc. I can login to Xbox Live just fine and Solitaire is working with no problems.

    Uninstalled App several times, with and without reboots after un- und reinstalling.

    There is no msg „game wants to use xboxlive“ … no popup.

    Latest iOS-Version, no update availabe.

    Latest Solitaire-Version (due to reinstalling)

    Xbox App is running an logged in.

    Wordament is logged in.

    Xbox live status is normal.

    Tried with and without VPN.

    Tried in different wifis / with/wo VPN

    Tried with mobile connection.

    Only error Code 1170000.

    On old iPad I‘m logged in but I won‘t logout to test if I can login again.
