    Error code 103294 when trying to get on Xbox Live


    Can no longer log into Xbox live to play Modern Warfare, Xbox One, digital version, wireless, have not tried connecting to another network. I have been playing for years and all of a sudden I now get error code 103294. Its telling me the COD MW service
    is not available, please tey again later and check the status website for updates. Ive triwd rebooting router and network, unplugging xbox from thw wall and repower. Nothing works. Its been this way for about a month now.

    I know I'm connected to the network, I have played other games on Xbox Live with no errors. But when it comes to MW I get an error code 103294. Been going on for two days so far.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, this is not an Xbox error code. Error code 103294 seems to tie directly to Modern Warfare. I recommend seeking
    support from Activision
    for a resolution to this error code.

    Aside from that, do you have issues playing any other game through Xbox live? When you test your

    Network settings    , do you receive any error codes or messages?

    Hi! Some users on forums have mentioned that they solved this by installing a game update. If not, you may want
    to reinstall the game completely.

    If other games are not affected, you may want to try with Activision's support as others have said.

    Network congestion or an in-game server error are the usual causes why you are experiencing issues with playing online games. We need you to provide the following information so we can properly isolate your concern:

    • Are you trying to play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare?
    • Are you accessing the game on a Windows 10 computer, an Xbox One console, or an Xbox 360 console?
    • Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
    • Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?
    • Have you tried connecting your device to a different network and check if the same instance occurs?

    In the meantime, make sure to check the Xbox Live Status
    page     and the
    game publisher's server status     for any service alerts.
