    Hello! Is anybody there? I get error code 101 when I try to log on to my Xbox Live account for Solitaire Collection. Uninstall/re-install doesn't work; clearing cache and resetting doesn't work; logging on from a different device doesn't work. A quick
    google search reveals that many have had this problem and that no user-friendly method for fixing it exists. The most authoritative bulletins and chats say "let us know," but no link, no address, no other method is given for how to do that. It is possible
    that such instructions have been given and I just missed them, but too many others have the same issue to make me think this is my deficiency. I posted this question 2 weeks ago on an MS community bulletin board, but no reply. I am FickleIndiana3 and as you
    can see, I had been a regular participant. If this problem cannot be fixed, I will go away.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
    from support:



    · Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    · Step 2 ----select see other options than your category (that your problem is in)

    · Step 3-----select show contact options

    Step 4 ----select request call from support
