    Over the past week or two I've been getting the 0xd0000189 thrown at me a lot by my Xbox 1, I must have had the code at least 3 times a day over that time. Is there anyone in the Xbox Insider program that Beta ring and above that's been having this issue
    too? I'm trying to figure out if its a preview issue or my Xbox is dying. Hopefully someone can shed some light, FYI I've tried reporting it but nothing happens, my console is just frozen on the error page till its hard reset from a restart.
