    Error Code 0xc3360190


    I recently purchased season 1 of SEAL Team and since day 1 of purchase I have received a “can’t play” message followed by the error code “0xc3360190”. I have given it a week to maybe sort itself out but after a week nothing has been fixed. Has anyone else
    came across this issue? What can I do about getting a refund? I have tried unnstallimg and reinstalling the Movies and Tv app, removing the show from my library and then putting it back in, hard rebooting my system all to no avail. I can’t download the show
    to my Xbox because there isn’t a download option. Any suggestions?

    0xc3360190 When trying to watch TV show on Movies & Tv

    I purchased Season 1 of Madam Secretary on Movies & TV and I cannot play any of the episodes. I get a error code of 0xc3360190.

    I have purchased shows, and keep getting this code, and can't watch the shows that were paid for!!! Error message that keeps displaying is NOT helpful. Has happened to multiple shows.

    I am having the same issue with season 1 of Valor and tried the same fixes but it is still giving me the same message and error code

    Hi,

    did you check if the the Movies and Tv app and the Store app are updated?

    Hi!

    It can be caused by the region settings on the console or by an app error. Try to reinstall "Movies&TV App" and launch the movie again.

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
