Error Code 0xC03F300D on Microsoft Store

Having the same problem. For me, it is only happening with Microsoft Mahjong. The error message I get clearly states that it is a problem on the Xbox side:

"Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is, 0xC03F300D, in case you need it"

Were you able to try the reinstall of the app? Let's also try signing out of the Xbox App on your device along with the Microsoft store app as well. Once done, let's perform a full power cycle of your device then sign back into the apps. After that, please
let us know if that same error shows up for you.

I'm having same issue ... can't get into Age of Empires: Castle Siege. I've already uninstalled it (per suggestion in error code), but now it won't let me reinstall (says there's a payment issue, whatever that's suppose to mean). I'm on the same system as
