    Error code 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005) when trying to watch tv in Movies & Video App. Windows ...


    I bought a season of a show through the Microsoft store. The season is cloud based, I'm not downloading it (never had to before). When I click to play it asks me to transfer to the Movies & TV app. I click Yes and then I get this error code. I'm using Windows
    10 on a laptop. The season will play on my desktop and the Xbox One but not the laptop. Microsoft support was unable to fix the errors. Any ideas?

    I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10, but when I play video with win10 player always error, 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005), can't play any video or sound.. I already downgrade and upgrade again but the problem still the same.. What should I do ?

    HI Tnort09. When your trying to log in is it with the Xbox App or with a specific game? Are you also experiencing error code: 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005) or is it a different code?

    Hope someone at Microsoft answers you (instead of just being lazy and letting us try to figure it out ourselves), because I'm getting the same exact error code when I try to play the Microsoft games (Solitaire, Mahjong, etc.). Running Win 8.1.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Did you rent this move, or was it the full purchase? please Note When you rent
    a video from the Movies & TV Store, you can only watch it on the device for which it was rented (your console, computer, or Windows Phone).

    If this was the full movie purchase, then it should pop up for you in the movies and tv app on windows. You can also try this : Watch

    Unable to purchase movies or television shows

    I am in Brazil and I am having the same problem, I can not buy or rent movies and TV shows on Xbox one. I did this in Windows 10 and it worked okay, but I want to watch the movies by xbox, because of the larger TV.

    When I try to buy a movie, the error 0x80004003 is showed. And if I try to get into my library to see movies purchased/leased by the computer's browser, the same error appears. That is, the error is both to buy and to watch.

    If anyone can help, I'm grateful.
