Error Code 0xa3ea00ca while trying to install EA Play games via PC App.

I am trying to install multiple EA Play apps through the Game Pass PC app and I am getting the error code 0xa3ea00ca and the game won't install. I have the EA app installed and my accounts linked. I even saw a forum post saying to unlink and relink my account via EA to get it to work but I am unable to unlink my accounts at all. It has happened on multiple games.

Hi im getting the same error code. I have EA play and I have played BF5 with it. I cannot install BF1. I own it on ps4 and xbox, I just want to be able to play all of the play library on my pc but the ea app is not allowing me to download. code 0xa3ea00ca

Once disconnected it does not make me reconnect it anymore. basically if I go to my account and to no longer give me my xbox account to be able to link. how did you reconnect them?

I had the exact same issue. I found the best way to go about it is to not use the Xbox app to install ea play titles. when it has you install the ea desktop beta app the first time you try to install an ea play game do that. then open it and log in with your Xbox account. From there you can search and download any ea play game from within that app. And it works better than the Xbox app as well. Enjoy playing and have a great day!

Yeah - It looks that they are just trying to point the blame on someone else while thinking they are so "cool"

I was able to install games via the ea desktop app after i signed into it using my xbox app. it linked everything properly.
