    Error Code 0x97e10804


    Hello.

    This is the first time Im asking for help on a forum so apologies if Im in the wrong place or doing something wrong.

    All of a sudden my Xbox One will not open any game or app at all, I keep on getting the same error code of :
    0x97e10804

    I have had a look online but cannot find absolutely anything, it doesn't even exist on the errorhelp page on the xbox site (or at least it didn't show up anything for me).

    What, if anything, can I do to fix this?

    I have tried resetting, including taking the plug out and back in, tried signing out and back in also.

    I am currently re-installing a game to see if that will fix the problem so I will update when that has done so.

    I, at this pretty much this stage, no access to games/apps whatsoever.

    Thank you for anyone who replies, not going to lie Im pretty worried about this one.

    UPDATE:

    Everything seems to be working again, so I believe it was their end. (if not, then I do not know what happened)

    If you are experiencing the same problem (same code) then I would simple wait for them to fix it, or report it as i did.
