Would you happen to still have an Xbox 360 around? I've found that sometimes when a profile adds payment method on the Xbox One, it doesn't necessarily transfer to the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

I have the same problem but it's just for L4D2 and no other BC game. No my account isn't under 18, I'm legal age. Yes my Xbox One is fully updated, yes I've tried on the marketplace but it says that the purchase cannot be done as of now and to try again
and I have all night.

Hello !

Its not a Glich, only the preview members can make purchases of Xbox 360 Marketplace from his Xbox 1

You need to adquire the game trought a Xbox 360 or add a payment instrument in your account like Paypal or a CC and purchase from the website ... There is no Charge, you need to purchase the game at $0.00 to adquire the licence.

Yes, I can reconnect my 360. That feels a bit disappointing since the update was supposed to make that unnecessary. Oh well; life goes on.

If I added my payment method on xbox.com and have used it in the 360 marketplace website, is that the same thing?

I really don't understand why the payment methods are not the same across both platforms and websites.

I am having the same issue with purchasing Black ops 1 on the Xbox store, the error code I get from my Xbox is 0x8c150020

I am getting the same error code and message on my Xbox One and am unable to make backwards compatible purchase from Xbox One. I do have an multiple payment methods on my account including Paypal.

Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

It means that your account is still a child account (Under 18) and is looking for a parental account to issue you permission on an Xbox 360.
