Error code 0x8c150020

I'm trying to buy left4dead 2 in the Xbox one marketplace and I keep getting that error code along with this message "try buying on Xbox.com or Xbox 360. At this moment, this can't be purchased on Xbox one. but a friend did purchase his copy from the marketplace.
I have an Xbox gift card I want to use for this game! Can anyone please help!

Black ops 1 backwards compatibility

I am having the same issue with purchasing Black ops 1 on the Xbox store, the error code I get from my Xbox is 0x8c150020

 

Left 4 Dead 2 download issue.

Ive searched all over for fixes for the error code "0x8c150020".

What im seeing is that this is a common error with a few select games.

I have submitted a report to see the status of this fix.

There should hopefully be a patch soon, to resolve this issue.

 

So anyone know anything about this??

Unfortunately, a lot of people are having this glitch right now with no reported fixes. Hopefully there will be a fix soon, but you could report it to Microsoft Official Support so that it gets raised then a fix may be available.

What all have you done to troubleshoot this? Power cycle your console? Remove your profile? This sounds like an account specific issue, and I'd like to work with you to dig into it.

 

i am having the same problem and i tried to purchase the game on the xbox store and i was told u can no longer buy using account credit..

This is not an error code. You cannot purchase Xbox 360 titles from the Xbox One using account credit or microsoft currency. The Xbox One uses the same marketplace interface as Xbox.com and therefore, you will need a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal on file to
purchase BC titles. If you wish to use account credit or currency, you would need to purchase the games directly from an Xbox 360.

Yes u can buy using currency after all how many people in the world only credit or debit cards then ask how many of them are kids....

You can purchase games using currency on their respective consoles: You can use currency to buy Xbox 360 games ON the Xbox 360 just like you can buy Xbox One games ON the Xbox One, but you cannot purchase Xbox 360 games on an Xbox One using microsoft currency.

My Xbox one account is currently linked with a credit card, but I'm still unable to purchase a backwards compatible game from the store on Xbox one. (Or any of them at all currently) The game in question is Soul Calibur 2 HD, and when attempting to purchase

It means that your account is still a child account (Under 18) and is looking for a parental account to issue you permission on an Xbox 360.

I am getting the same error code and message on my Xbox One and am unable to make backwards compatible purchase from Xbox One. I do have an multiple payment methods on my account including Paypal.
