    Hello,

    came home and started up my XBOX as usual (always in fast startup mode). It keeps telling me that there was a Problem with the Update, and that it is needed in order to use my console. Stayed offline and tried to invesitgate if its a Network Problem, but
    all services are online and the console is connected to the Internet. What happened here? Until now, its not usable and I dont think that an USB Update will help me out. I'm really upset about this atm.

    Updating from USB also fails...

    Checked my XBOX this Morning and the Update was available to Download. So it seemed to be a Server Issue.

    Therefore -solved- Error Code: 0x8B050037 0x00000000 0x00000202 :D

    Xbox One unresponsive after preview update

    I've had time to just allow the Xbox to sit on the dashboard, unresponsive. to the controller.

    It eventually shows me the below screen and the controller then works, but I'm not getting anywhere resolving the issue.

    [Try again] [check network] [skip and stay offline] [turn off xbox]

    Trying again has failed multiple times. Checking the network doesn't do anything. Skip and stay offline takes me to the dashboard where the screen dims again and becomes unresponsive again. Turn off isn't a solution. Turning back on just restarts the
    cycle of dim screen and unresponsive dashboard.

    Holding both triggers and bumpers shows me this screen:

    I've tried searching those error codes, but the MS Xbox One error code help search states those codes do not exist.

    I am having the same issue, from what I have gathered through hours of scrolling Xbox forums. It comes down to us needing an update that is not available and they recommend waiting till later. Complete bs! This is garbage. I have the fastest internet, best wiring, I don’t have any internet connection issues for sure.
