Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear you've received an error code after updating your console.

In this case, I recommend
performing a soft factory reset on your console (keeping the games & apps installed) to see if the update will then go through correctly. Prior to doing this, make sure you know the log ins for your profile (email address & password) as any profiles on
the console are removed with this action. (Please note that if you are in the Insider's program the troubleshooting will not work as intended for you.)

If you are enrolled in our Xbox Insider's Preview Program, then I recommend that you

report this occurrence via the Insider's Hub (you may do so from a PC) and via the

Xbox Insider's subreddit page so that they can assist you since any traditional troubleshooting steps would not work in this case.

If you are not currently enrolled in the Xbox Insiders Preview Program, then you may also report this via the Insider's Hub as well.
