Error Code (0x89235107)

I am having an issue where I cannot play certain games on Xbox Game Pass because the Gaming UI is continually having problems and is unable to sign me in quoting error 0x89235107. Other games which don't use the Gaming UI to sign in and use a different verification are working fine, and the game itself is able to load up until it tries to log me in using the Gaming UI.

I tried following the three steps you listed below and unfortunately it was not able to solve my problem.

Hello, yes I have a game pass, I did as you recommended, it did not help, the error is the same. I noticed one oddity, I can not access account.xbox.com, writes: An error occurred while processing your request.

Are you playing the game via game pass or do you own the digital copy?

Kindly also delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes.

Thank you, just to confirm. Did you already tried the last step described on the video? or did you skipped that one?

In the meantime, let's try to isolate the problem a bit more. For this please try:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily

Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

I understand that you are experiencing issues signing into the Xbox App.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please repair and reset the Xbox App by going to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, find the Xbox app, click Advanced Options, then select Repair and if it doesn't work choose Reset.

And then open Services (Windows + R, type services.msc), and make sure that the following services are running and set to Automatic:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service.

Next is to run WSReset Command. To do this, open Command Prompt as administrator and type WSReset.exe, then press Enter.

Then reinstall Gaming services. Please open PowerShell as administrator and run:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage –allusers

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Then reinstall Gaming Services.

If the persist after performing the troubleshootign steps, kindly uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App. Please reinstall it from the Microsoft Store and sign in again.
