Error Code: 0x8923101C HEEEELLLP!!!

Hi For those of you who reported this issue over the weekend, are you still experiencing error code 0x8923101C or has this been resolved? If your are still experiencing this issue, please help us out and report this issue by using the "Report a problem"

Ihave the same error, I can not start your own party, nor can I join a party

Error Code: 0x8923101C. I have called the Xbox Support help line and did everything that theyou said and nothing. Please release an update to fix my account.

 

I been having the same problem ever since Saturday, was in a party with a bunch of friends then left to do some errands and buy a new router come back home and turn my xbox on. when I try to do a party gives me the error code 0x8923101C, its really annoying
because most of my friends prefer party chat and minus Destiny most game chats either one or more of us cant hear one another, its going to be 4 days now that I have had this issue, Ive tried hard resetting 3 times, resetting router, signing out of my account,
and more when I am on a second account it shows I am in a party with a buddy of mine but I am not, I made sure I was logged off of all consoles my profile was on, I had my buddy who has my account try to start a party with it on his xbox and it works but when
I try same error code, Hopefully Microsoft can fix this problem I rather not lose my account I've had almost for 4 years to make a new one.

 

I also forgot to add that I don't have the windows 10 app on my devices, and I have tried logging into the party it say's I am in, but the join party button is greyed out, today is day 4 that I am still experiancing this issue and same error code 0x89823101C,

Thanks for the update. This error code is a mystery since its a random occurrence with very little to know tips on how to troubleshoot the issue. I went ahead an added your feedback to existing reports that was reported to the developers.

One thing that would be of great help is if you can report this from the PC your using. You will need to run the Xbox App (Beta). which you can DL here:
www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H. Try to repro and if the issue continues immediately use the beta version by clicking on the happy face then use the "Report a problem". This
will present helpful data to the developers for investigation.

I will try to report the problem from another computer of mine as the one I posted my problem on is unable to run windows 10.

 

I am having the same issue. I have talked to two customer service technician and tried everything from going on new accounts to factory resetting my Xbox and much more. I am able to join and start party's on other Xbox one's just not mine. I'm really annoyed
by this issue please fix as soon as possible.

 

I have been having this problem and I have already tried to join the party but I can't join it so I can't do the thing where I join the party then sign out

 

Hello i am experiencing the same problem as these people and i spoke to an agent and they told me to post something here I cant join or create a party and everything the agent suggested hasnt worked. They also told me to say that i have never used windows

Greetings Disco. Sorry to hear your experiencing this issue. The developers are aware of this issue, but because this is still being investigated I don't have any updates to share or tips to help. What would be of help is to see if you can reproduce this
issue using the Xbox app (Beta) version since its running the latest version of the app. You can DL the beta located here:
www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H. If the issue continues with the beta app click the smiley face and use the "Report a problem". A report will be generated and sent to the developers
to help with the investigation. If the developers have further questions I will contact you.

I cannot use the second account method due to the fact it says the ghost party im stuck in is set to invite only

My son is having the same problem with his account on Xbox One..

What is the fix???

Xbox "support" suggested posting on this forum after 2 hours of online chat to try to fix it!!

The 'problematic account' instructions do NOT work. Please advise of a fix ASAP!

 

I too was on Xbox Live Chat for 3hrs and no fix, we tried everything and he did a good job. Just seems like there's no fix!

You name it, we've tried it. Though if i go back to Xbox App i can make a party there and chat/play. Just means not on my Xbox/Couch. So strange.
