Error Code: 0x8923101C HEEEELLLP!!!

Having the same issue on My Xbox One. Just worked with Support on Chat and no able to find any problems! They gave me the link to this forum and said I'm part of the ongoing issue.

I am having the same issue. I have talked to two customer service technician and tried everything from going on new accounts to factory resetting my Xbox and much more. I am able to join and start party's on other Xbox one's just not mine. I do not have
an window ten Microsoft app. Only a Xbox one and a 360

This is the most annoying problem I am having the exact same thing. Can't you not just disable the Windows 10 app?

Hi Guys,

You might want to try these TS steps.

1. Sign into your account, or the account experiencing the error.

2. Sign in a second account on the console. Ensure the problematic account is added as a friend. Scroll down to the account name and select 'join party'.

3. Scroll up and select the problematic account. Select 'sign out'. This will remove the problematic account as host in the party, replacing them with the second account.

4. Switch back to the second account (this should be the only active account at this point), scroll down to 'Party' and select 'leave party'.

I have tried that and much more I was on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours I tried everything

 

Is there any progress on this problem?!?!?! I still have a user in the family that has had this issue for about a week!!

It tells me I'm already in one somewhere else

How do you fix this.

 

My problem is on the Xbox one

 

My son is having the same issue. When I go into my account and check to invite others, his account shows up twice. The steps above did not work.
