Error code 0x89230011 during the update portion of xbox one s setup. No support available

I'm trying to setup a new xbox one S, and am getting error code 0x89230011 during the update portion of the setup. Network connection is fine, I have another xbox one S from last year that is working correctly. I chatted with an online expert, after troubleshooting
his only recommendation is that the console is defective. But this is the second console, purchased directly from Microsoft, getting the same result. I haven't found a way to get an MS support on the phone during the virus. Anyone else having similar issues?

I had this same issue when I introduced a new xbox to our network and the reason ended up being that new xbox had a strict NAT Type. Make sure your ports are open on your router. If possible try to hardwire that xbox. It's probably not an xbox issue but
a network issue. Try to reboot your network as well. Sometimes that helps.

I tried to update my xbox one system when prompted, but was unable carry out the update due to error code

0x89230011 0x00000000 0x00000206 or at times

error code 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301. How should i solve the issue as i restore my factory systems and now i am unable to update my xbox one. Thank you.

I have this same problem too but I use Mac instead of Windows. Anyone can help me with that?
