Error Code 0x8923000E 0x00000000 0x00000206

Getting an error code when trying to update xbox and the system says "there was a problem with the update" and emits error code 0x8923000E 0x00000000 0x00000206 which xbox seems to apparently never have seen before as there is no solution to this problem
online. I have seen that many other people have had this problem and the responses are just to go through the error steps laid out by microsoft but these dont work. I have performed multiple hard resets, tried offline update, checked internet connection and
kept xbox unplugged for at least an hour then tried again. NOTHING WORKS AND XBOX HAS NO SOLUTION. if anyone knows any tips please lmk

clarify which Xbox console you're receiving them on: Xbox 360 or Xbox One?
