Error Code 0x87EQ0005 when trying to download Metro Exodus

Discus and support Error Code 0x87EQ0005 when trying to download Metro Exodus in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; The download just stops randomly and this Error Message just comes up.     Error Code 0x87EQ0005 when trying to download Metro Exodus


    The download just stops randomly and this Error Message just comes up. Have tried it 5 times now on two different Hard Drives. Does anybody have a fix for this that doesn't involve setting up Windows again?

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Is that the correct error code that you're receiving, or are you receiving error code 0x87e00005? If it is error code 0x87e00005, then you'll want to troubleshoot using our support article entitled Troubleshoot
    game installations on Windows 10     and follow the instructions under the section labeled "Still having problems?" to see if this will then allow you proceed.

    Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

    I also have installed metro exodus and it finished downloading but when it is at 100% it says an error

    Upgrading to the Ultimate game pass is currently unavailable for me. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Worked this am but now Metro Exodus in not allowing download to pc only offers console as option and now I see Metro Exodus is gone from Store ??????
