Error Code 0x87e5000a when launching a game and troubleshooting does not work.

Problem with my Xbox one S where upon launching a game it freezes momentarily and after 30 seconds a display appears with the error code 0x87e5000a. I have read multiple suggestions including resetting the console (both fully and with saved games), Troubleshooting options and unplugging the power supply from the console for about 5 minutes.

Hi Kimmy, Thank you for your reply. I've tried clearing my MAC Address and such but still the problem occurs. I have tried testing this with a handful of games and the only success I have had is once with Minecraft. After this I tested it again with Minecraft and it did not work. For now I'm going to keep trying these methods to see if anything changes. If I do need to get my console repaired would you have any idea on the which part of the console that may need repairing?

Sorry to hear about your issue with your Xbox. Do you get this error code in any game that you try to play? Kindly also go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.

You may also want to try the steps provided here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro.... If it persists, sorry but I am afraid your console needs to be repaired,

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's how it went:

I followed those directions (clear mac address, restart, etc)
When I tried to load the game, I got error 0x87e5000a, which is a different error
The first suggestion on the help page for that error (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x87e5000a) is to try launching the game again, which I did.
Now I'm back to error 0x87e50007 again (what I originally posted). I've already done all the suggestions at the help page above, other than sending in the Xbox for repair.

One thing I forgot to mention: I'm on an Xbox One S.
