    ERROR CODE 0x87e500001 - My Digital games and won’t load


    This problem has been happening through the day, whenI tried playing a game it sits on the screen for a little then it says game took to long to load and gives a this error code 0x87e500001 and i was not able to find how to fix it.

    So my Xbox was stuck on the green start up screen done a fully factory reset and now it’s just stop on 50% properly console how do I fix this ?

    Just uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times and still won’t load. Comes up with the same error code

    Nothing it says disc unreadable, and I followed some steps I seen on YouTube tried it and it said game error try reinstalling game I’ve deleted and downloaded it three times and it will not work twice it worked but when came off line it won’t load up and now it won’t load full stop

    Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?
