    Error code 0x87e1080b?


    All my downloaded games aren't allowing me to play them and my ready to download games and memberships aren't even loading, it only comes up as "something went wrong" a error code by 0x87e1080b comes up so i followed what it said and searched it up and nothing
    came up. I did a hard reset but nothing changed can someone help me?

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    I had the same problem until I realized that I can open the games that my friend bought. If you are sharing games via the home console method, you just need to bring up that friend's profile. After signing in and out of my friend's profile, I was able to
    play the games I bought. Hope this helps.

    ok so it happened to me, all i had to do was clear cache (hold power button 10 sec then turn on after 30) hope this helps guys

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
