help needed please to sort out this error code which comes up any time I try to start an online game

Can’t play games help!

every time I try to pay any of my games i get an error message (0x87e1000b) please help I don’t know what’s going on.

Just hold in the power button to turn it off and then turn it back on immediately. That resolved the issue for me.

Try a hard reset first. Unplug the console from the wall, and leave it for 20 seconds. Then plug it back in and try it again.

hey bud, this issue isn’t resolved yet and won’t work unless you indeed restart your Xbox but this is for everytime you see this error

No, you should not lose anything. All game progress and in game content is tied to your Microsoft account.

As long as you're playing it under the same gamertag, you should be golden.
