I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

Let's refresh the console's system cache and check if this can help.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

How long has it been since the console was updated? The Day One Edition is basically ancient at this point... so updating it may be your only option. I also tried to look up your error codes and it just came back with some vague and unanswered yet similar
questions as well. If you can't find a solution in all the generic hard restarting and cache clearing stuff... then the updates may be the only option. If your software is out of date it could cause a few things that you mentioned to go wonky.

I would try and go through each app you may need a separate login for and write down what passwords they might have. I just hope all of your accounts for various things share a common email, that's the easiest way to keep track of stuff... that way all you'd
have to do is reset the password with no hassle. The easiest thing to accomplish if you forget it and updating your console should make you redownload you Xbox profile is getting back into that, also assuming you have access to the email its under.

Thank you for your help but as stated ,the problem is I CANNOT open my network settings as it gives me the error 0x80070490 ,not to be confused with the error code 0x87e1000a When I try open the Microsoft store ,thinking better solution is to get a PS4 but I've been Microsoft always!
