    I purchased Witcher 2 through the XBOX store. When i download it and launch the game, I’m getting error 0x87e10007. I’ve tried power cycling the console, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and everything else I can think of but I always am getting
    the same error message.

    Error Code 0x87e10007

    The issue is that there are TWO game files downloaded when you purchase the game. One is 7.73 GB and the other is 7.8 GB as discovered on another forum post. The 7.8 GB file is bugged.

    Best I can think of for this is, Hold the Power Button down till your console shuts down. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on and try launching your game again. Unless you want to try a factory reset.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get around this error. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing after a while. I suggest

    removing and redownloading     your profile off of your console. If that does not work, then I recommend a soft factory reset of the console.
    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Once you have determined that your network is good (with an open NAT type) and that you know all the sign in information for any personal gamertag on your console (as they will need to be redownloaded) , follow the steps here on

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    , and select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games & apps and let us know how that helps with the issue .
