    Hi,

    Few months ago I've been trying to install Elder scrolls skyrim on my Xbox series S but the error code 0x87e0000f comes on the screen so I give up from installing the game but now again in installing Hitman trilogy I got the same problem so I tried restarting the console, turn off the console and unplugging cables and cancelling the game and still I can't download it. Fortnite is downloading updates with no problems

    Any help would be appreciated

    Sorry to hear you're having update trouble! Have you tried cancelling the install, power cycling your Xbox One (hold power button for 8-10 seconds) and then reinstall the game? Let us know :)

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    In regards to error code
    0x87E0000F    , this might indicate that you are having intermitted connection issues when downloading the game.

    Does the game reach any percentage when downloading or do you just receive this error code, also does this occur with other games you try to download as well?

    I would try to suggest seeing if there is anyway to connect to an alternate network, just to test if we can identify if there is some connection issues with your console.
