Error Code 0x87E0000F Every Time I Try To Download Game Pass Games.

For the 4 months I've had my 2 and a half year subscription to Game Pass Ultimate, it has not worked on my pc, AT ALL. Every time I try to download an Xbox Game Pass game for PC, it starts to download for about 5-20 seconds and then stops with the error
code 0x87E0000F. This ONLY happens with game pass games and games that I actually own will download with zero problems. I have tried literally every single troubleshooting step that I have seen or have been told about from an Xbox representative. Nothing has
worked in the slightest. The "Xbox Gamers" have been useless, literally not even reading my problems and sending me copy pasted responses about Xbox Ones instead of anything for the PC, so hopefully you can help me.

Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App

Go to Settings > Apps and then click on the Xbox App.

Click on Advanced and then click on Reset or Repair

Close the app, relaunch and check if you can install the Xbox Game Pass Games on Windows PC

Sorry, it doesn't work. If this is Game Pass on the PC, I'm out. Pretty ridiculous that I can't download a game I paid a service to be able to download.

Completely ludicrous.

Perhaps a better word for this service would be asinine.

If you encounter Xbox One error code 0x87e0000f when trying to download an Xbox One game or app, it may be caused by an outdated console.

Go to Settings, and then select All Settings.
Go to System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Update console.
