Error code 0x87E0000F every time I try to download COD®

Clear the cache on your Xbox One:

• Press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to fully power it off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait at least 10 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on your console. Try downloading Call of Duty again.
  

Check your network connection:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
   
3. Select Test network connection and follow the on-screen instructions.

So far, we have already provided the steps from this link and the issue still occurs - Error 87E0000F occurs when downloading a game or app on Xbox One | Xbox Support

As this has been isolated to specific game and specific error code.

Kindly reach out to the game support and let them know about this issue.

Yes, it is the only game that does not allow me to install (it allows me to install all the downloadable content except for the base game)

How do I fix error code 0x87e0000f?

If you encounter Xbox One error code 0x87e0000f when trying to download an Xbox One game or app, it may be caused by an outdated console.

1. Go to Settings, and then select All Settings.
2. Go to System.
3. Select Console info & updates.
4. Select Update console.

Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App

Go to Settings > Apps and then click on the Xbox App.

Click on Advanced and then click on Reset or Repair

Close the app, relaunch and check if you can install the Xbox Game Pass Games on Windows PC
