Error code 0x87e0000d when trying to instal AOE II DE dlc

Installed Age of Empires II Definitive edition - fine. Tried to install the DLC that comes with the game and continuously get Error Code: 0x87e0000d .

Tried updating windows on PC. Restarted system. Still getting same error code.

same problem here error code 0xc00ce169 when ii buy dlc and try to install it.

This is really sad, I was having an issue with starting the game (xbox login), followed MS advice and uninstalled aoe DE. Now, it's not even allowing me to download it again from MS Store.

I am also having this issue with Dragon Age 2. All of the DLC installs just fine; but the game stops installation at 0%, giving the error code 0x87E0000D. I searched most of the day and have tried everything suggested, but i still continue to be unable
to install the game.

Same game (PUBG), I bought as digital download when it released in Dec 2017. Same issue, just comes up saying installation cancelled, then an error code 0x87e0000d
