    Error code 0x87e0000d - Game won't load


    Afternoon all, hoping someone can help.

    Tried launching PUBG, got the error code above, saying I'm not connected to xbox live.

    Tried both a soft and hard reset of the console.

    Reset my Broadband

    Tried a connection test (all ok)

    Checked for updates (none needed)

    Checked Hard Drive space (plenty available)

    Tried to uninstall and re-install the game, now it won't re-install. Just fails on start and brings up the same error message.

    Tried other games that I have, three or four others, all working ok.

    Tried downloading another game (started downloading fine).

    Tried a full reset of my console. Went through all that, got back to my home screen and tried to download PUBG again. Same issue.

    Bit stuck here, phoned the XBOX support number, and got hung up on, telling me to check the xbox assist website. Tried to get the online phone assist to ring me back, just says not available at present. Cannot get an online chat either.

    HELP.

    Hey there! I am an XA here to solve your problem, seems like you do not own the game, were you gamesharing, or on a free trial? Please head to the xbox store to see if you own the game! :)
    I've had the game since launch, not gamesharing or any such thing. Bought as a digital download approx Dec 2017
