Error code 0x87de2712

I got my Xbox One with FIFA15 as a download. I turned on to play this evening and I'm getting the above message. The only help I can find suggests it's an issue with locating video content. Clearly I can't insert a disc as it was a download. Anyone come
across this problem? Is there a fix?

Me: Troubleshoot error code 0x87DD0005 on XBox live

Them: I understand you received error code 0x87de2712 when you tried to open a title on your Xbox One console. Xbox Live service could be down, would you like me to check?

Me: Yes

Them: It looks like we're having an issue locating or accessing this content in the Microsoft Store. Give us a little while to work on this and try back later.

Them: Did this solve the problem? NO NO NO

How did they come up with error code 0x87de2712 when I reported on error code 0x87DD0005?????

 

I have got the same problem! I have read that you can uninstall and re-install it, but now I don't have FIFA 15 at all and it's not even in the market store! Need serious help on this!

The exactly same problem happened to me. Unfortunately I uninstalled the game and now I can't find FIFA 15 anywhere in the store, only the demo. Could someone help me with get my FIFA back?

Looking on the internet alot of people have this error, something about the game not being in the store anymore?? Why has it been removed? Also can we have an update as to when its going to be fixed?
