With regards to your issue signin in, can you tell us when did you started to experience the problem? As there is a server issue right now affecting "Signing in" to Xbox live services which might affect your gaming experience as well.

As a fellow gamer, what I suggest is to visit https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and click the option to "Notify me" so you would get an update once the server issue is done because doing troubleshooting while there is a server issue might complicate things for the game. If you still have problems after the server issue was fixed feel free to post back in the community and we will try to assist you further.

I checked my net and fixed any issues with that and it still wont log me in
