    Does anyone else have the problem with syncing games on the Xbox series x and receiving the error code 0x83860012 saying "we were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now"? I have tried everything that's suggested to solve the issue but it still doesn't work. My internet is fine and none of my friends have received this message.

    Thank you but ive already tried that, uninstalling it, restarting my xbox and leaving for a few days (don't whh for the last one) and it still doesn't work. If it helps the error code is: 0x83860012.

    Upon checking my records here, it seems to be an issue with the internal hard drive. Is there a chance that you can transfer the games to an external hard drive and see if it syncs properly after that?
